All Hybridge Learning Center locations offer the best School Year ABA program for children with autism, building skills while building fun, memorable experiences all year long! Enrollment is open year-round, with fall being a key time for families transitioning between summer and the new school year. Check out information about our schedule, activities, and more below.

Daytime hours between 9 AM – 3 PM for ages 1-6 (Half day and full day options available pending initial intake and assessment) After school hours between 3 PM – 6 PM for ages 1-10

About Our School Year Activities
Throughout the day, we alternate between various small group, dyads, and individual activities set to weekly themes to keep motivation high for our learners. Every part of the learner’s day includes individualized corresponding goals across language, communication, activities of daily living, socialization, and play skill areas.
What Does an ABA School Year Program Include?
An ABA school year program combines structured therapy, social skill-building, and seasonal activities to help children continue progressing throughout the year. At Hybridge Learning, each child participates in individualized ABA goals throughout group play, daily routines, sensory activities, and themed learning experiences.
Our school year ABA program may include:
- 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Small group social skills practice
- Sensory play and motor activities
- Daily living skill development
- Communication and language-building
- Structured play with peer interaction
Research supports structured behavioral interventions for improving social communication and adaptive functioning in children with autism.

Weekly Themes
Your child will not only build their skills, but build meaningful, fun memories with friends throughout the school year. Our program is far from repetitive, mundane, or monotonous.
Each week, we switch up the theme, and cater all of our activities throughout the week to that theme.

Keep Skills On Track
During the School Year ABA program, your child will be able to maintain their skills all year long while having increased opportunities for:
1:1 ABA Therapy support during group activities
Social skills training with peers
Learning and practicing play skills
Participating in “pod” activities (up to 5 children grouped into a daily schedule together based on age and ABA program goals)
Coping and tolerance skill development during group activities

How Do I Get My Child Started With School Year ABA Therapy?
Family Consultation
Talk with our Family Services Coordinator to understand how ABA intervention can help, and submit needed documents to begin services.
Documentation Retrieval
Provide diagnosis, insurance card photos, and our intake form to help us swiftly initiate therapy through your insurer or funder.

Ongoing ABA Therapy
After receiving documents, we’ll create a personalized therapy plan; your child will immediately benefit from our optimized, family-focused methods.

Staffing ratios vary based on each child’s clinical needs, but our program prioritizes individualized support through a combination of 1:1 and small group instruction.
