Hybridge Learning provides on-site BCBA consultation, staff training, and supervision of ABA programs in daycare and after-school settings. Supplemental services may include:

Assessments help identify each child’s unique needs so staff can provide individualized support. Our supplemental services include:

• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs): Understanding why problem behaviors occur
• Skill-based Assessments: Tracking communication, play, and developmental milestones
• Progress monitoring to help staff and families see growth over time

These tools guide the creation of effective, realistic strategies that can be implemented during the daycare day.

Using functional assessments, our BCBAs create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that promote positive behaviors and reduce challenges. Training is also provided so daycare and after-school staff feel confident carrying out the plans consistently and effectively.

Hybridge Learning is well-versed in providing school-based services. We provide multiple levels of support for public and private schools in delivering the most effective educational services from pre-K through high school for students displaying challenging behaviors. We can help with needs related to individual students, whole classrooms, and on a district level involving multiple schools through consultation, direct assistance, and professional development/training. All services are provided by highly trained BCBAs who utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis and have experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, as well as staff.

The difference that HL brings is that many of our school district BCBAs were former teachers. They know the nuances of a classroom. Our school district BCBAs are efficient, effective, and knowledgeable. What you won’t get is a consultant who disregards a teacher’s natural talents and efforts. We work with the educators to enhance their strengths and develop areas of deficit. We work extremely hard to seamlessly integrate ABA practices and principles into an educator’s standing routine.
