The clinical team plays a pivotal role in transforming the lives of individuals with autism and other special needs disorders. Lead Clinical Directors
The Lead Clinical Directors at HL design, monitor, and train staff on clinical protocols to ensure the implementation of the highest quality services to our clients.
Regional Clinical Directors
HL provides services throughout 4 states. To help provide focused clinical oversight of our clinicians and client progress, each state is divided into smaller regions and is managed by a designated BCBA, called a Regional Clinical Director.
Clinical Supervisors
HL’s clinical supervisors consist of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP). Each clinician works together with families to create individualized treatment plans to best meet the needs of each client and performs a data-driven review process to monitor the progress of each skill.
BCBA/BCaBA
BCBAs and BCaBAs conduct initial and ongoing assessments for our clients, create custom treatment plans, provide ongoing supervision of frontline staff and monitor client progress throughout treatment.
Speech-Language Pathologists
HL’s Center located in Flemington, NJ employs SLPs for speech therapy services within the center. The SLP collaborates with all other service providers to promote a full-service model for clients.
Occupational Therapists
HL’s Center located in Flemington, NJ employs OTs to provide occupational therapy services within the center environment. The OT collaborates with all other service providers to promote a full-service model for clients.
Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
HL’s frontline staff provide direct ABA therapy services to our clients. Our behavior technicians are handpicked and trained by our expert staff to achieve the best match for each client.
