Family Services Coordinator
Our Family Services Coordinator is your first point of contact. The FSC will walk you through all the necessary steps to getting the appropriate services started at HL.
Recruiting Coordinator
HL uses internal recruiting so that we can utilize a custom screening process for expert staff and work with all team members to find the best-fit clinicians for your child.
Authorizations Department
HL is in-network with most insurances. Our insurance expert clinician liaisons do all the heavy lifting to ensure a seamless transition of services from start to finish.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is the glue that holds HL together to ensure proper policies are in place for the safety and well-being of staff and clients.
Communication Is Key
Our administrative team makes it easy to communicate with your child’s therapist and insurance companies for a smooth delivery of services.
